We begin with consultations to be sure that we understand your vision. From there, you can choose the package that best fits your needs so that we can bring your ideas to life through the desired ambiance. Check out our packages below!

The Consultation Package

This wedding package offers:

• A great package for those who just need help getting started, or at any other point where a little assistance is needed!

• Up to three hours of consultation regarding your planning

• Referral to reputable vendors and advice regarding contacts

• Unlimited basic email and telephone questions (long distance excluded)

• Discuss wedding expectations

• Outline wedding planning process

• Discuss suggested budget and timeline

• Provide a wedding planning packet with suggestions, samples and planning materials

• Provide a suggested wedding week agenda and rehearsal format for wedding party

• Provide samples of invitation addressing format

Day-Of Coordination

This wedding package offers:

• Access to our interactive planning tools for you to manage your wedding planning with

• Unlimited email access to your planner from day of booking

• 2 In-person planning meetings to download and review your plans (one on-site)

• Timeline and floor plan drafting

• Coordination of service vendors

• 1- Hour guided rehearsal

• 10 hours of event day management + 1 assistant

The Partial Planning Package

This wedding package offers:

• Access to our interactive planning tools for you to manage your wedding planning with

• Unlimited email access to your planner from day of booking

• Detailed budget breakdowns to help you maintain your total wedding budget goals as you plan

• Self guided planning checklists to help you plan your wedding exactly how we would

• Preferred vendor suggestions based off your budget requirements

• 3 In-person planning meetings to download and review your plans (one on-site)

• Timeline and floor plan drafting

• Coordination of service vendors

• 1- Hour guided rehearsal

• 10 hours of event day management + 1 assistant

This wedding package offers:

•Access to our interactive tools for us to manage your wedding planning with

• A guided planning experience through monthly in-person or virtual planning meetings

• Budget management and payment reminders

• Vendor booking direction, communications, and negotiations

• Event styling and design assistance

• Access to La Chantel decor inventory

• Timeline and floor plan drafting

• Coordination of service vendors

• 1- Hour guided rehearsal

• 10 hours of event day management + 1 assistant

The Full-Service Planning Package

A Planner/Coordinator is not needed with this option

The Event Design Package

This wedding package offers:

•Design Discovery Meeting: we will do a detailed study of your tastes, inspirations, and venue

design details

• A design board created by your Planner to present a cohesive, intentional, and custom design of

your wedding

• 2 Design Review Meetings: we will present our design board and elicit client commentary and

changes

• Full service planning of design vendors: florals, furniture or table top rentals, linens, cake/dessert, lighting, stationery, decor

•Specials on La Chantel decor inventory

Design elements include:

• Floral and Centerpiece Design

• Tableware and Linen Selection

• Lighting and Sound Production

• Furniture and Prop Rentals

• Favors

• Tenting

• Drapery

• Ceremony Decor

• Wedding Cake Design
